Vintage Tyler Properties, LLC was founded in 1998 by Mike & Patrice Carmichael.
VTP is a family owned and operated business. Mike & Patrice restored and updated all eleven of their first duplexes and ran the business themselves for ten years. Each tenant became like family and some still keep in touch today! In 2008, the Carmichaels brought on their daughter, Tammie Mills, to help manage the advertising, leasing, and day to day maintenance of the properties. Over the years, they bought 3 more duplexes for a total of 14 duplexes. Even though more is done online and less in person than when the company began, we still provide friendly and personalized service with no management company as a go-between.
